There is probably another reason for the charge.  The payhist is deleted if the admin delete command is successful.

I removed all testing accounts from my database using: 
/usr/local/billmax/bin/billmax-admin delete -a 
/usr/local/billmax/bin/billmax-admin delete -u 
/usr/local/billmax/bin/billmax-admin delete -s 
  
When I signup a new user for a $25 service they are charged $243.  I suspect there is residue associated with my old accounts being assigned to new users.  If "/usr/local/billmax/bin/billmax-admin delete" is not the proper command then what is the proper procedure to completely remove accounts\users\services from my database?
