BillMax questions -- Slow Account Load Issues

Good day List,

Wondering if anyone else has seen performance issues (very slow loads) for accounts with a longer list of services (300 or so open plus half as many closed). The time it takes to load seems to be increasing as the list of services increases. 

Loading the main account page and trans void pages are taking close to a minute now to load. Main user (which has most of the services) interestingly doesn't take a long time to load (few seconds). 

Other accounts with less services and all reports load quickly.

Any suggestions on how to eliminate or at least reduce this problem would be appreciated.
