BillMax questions -- [Fwd: BMUI]

I should have noted that the problem is I can't get the new services to 
show up in the BMUI list.

I have gone through the documentation multiple times and just can not 
get the Customer Interface to allow customers setup their own new 
services.  I need them to be able to do things like add e-mail IDs, 
etc.  Anyone have step-by-step instructions to make this work.
