BillMax questions -- Netflow

Has anyone done netflow billing here?
Im trying to do Switch port data billing but DOT1X doesnt provide  
Accounting Packets correctly.
MRTG does averages and doesnt provide correct data usage.
I was wondering if anyone had a perl or shell script to pull the  
summary data for static ip addresses and pair them to a service  
number entering them using enter_stat.
