Hello All Please I have a
problem with my billmax system. We have a service type defined as “account
setup with one hour free”. The accunts are printed on a card with a
customer ID and serial number. In the past few weeks when users try to
setup accounts using this account setup card they receive an error message
saying: “Update failed. Look below for specific error messages in red. Also “Please CHECK Your ID Number” Please is there any idea where this error may be coming from Thank you Chineme Obuba |
