Re: BillMax questions -- Missing e-mail statements

I have still not figured this one out, but it seems to be getting worse.  Has anyone made any progress on determining why some statements get delivered and some do not?

Over the last couple of months I have had several customers tell me they did not get the original statement from BillMax, but did get the Overdue notice.  Anyone else have this problem?  Any clue what to look for?

Before you go looking at the Billmax system, where are the emails going? I have customers at Yahoo, google, etc that have the invoices purged into their spam folder. When we first started using our Spam filtering, we were actually filtering our own statements. Had to add us to the exceptions list.
