BillMax questions -- Custom CC processor

I am attempting to set up a custom CC processor. I have created my own 
ccpost.Processor.cc file, modified the ccsofts list and added an entry into the 
%CCSOFT hash in ccsoft.conf. When I attempt to charge a card in the web 
interface, I get the following error:

101 ACCOUNT_addr1 Required environment variable ACCOUNT_addr1 not present

Any clues as to why this environment variable isn't getting set properly?
