I've seen this too using 2.1.2. Email doesn't show up in sendmail log, 
even though the statement
was created, so I can only assume that billmax failed to send it. I 
don't work for anyone using
Billmax now though, and my previous employer's support contract had run 
out, so I never mentioned
it. Still, I'd be interested if someone knows the solution.
