BillMax questions -- BMUI Question

I have Billmax 1.5.3 and my BMUI is setup, in so far as a new user can sign 
up with it (and have the new account created), and an existing user can log 
in and change their password with it. Can an existing user, use the BMUI to 
make a payment on their account with a credit card? I looked at the 
bmui15.pdf file but couldn't tell. Thanks.
