BillMax questions -- What happened to Net::FTP::Shell?

I am considering setting up my copy of billmax to use authorize.net. The docs 
(http://billmax.com/doc/docs/II.E.7.i.html) say that the perl module 
Net::FTP::Shell is a pre-requesite, but I can't no longer find evidence of its 
existence. It is no longer on CPAN. Is this module still required by 
authorize.net? If so, where can I get it?
