BillMax questions -- Newbie

Hello to all, I'm looking for some advice on how to eliminate the
following error message. I retrieve this message whenever I try to log
into the BillMax server from another machine via a Web Browser.

Error I receive:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Apache/1.3.26 Server at atlsrdfia00001.somar-technologies.com Port 80

End of error.

I'm currently running BillMax on a FreeBSD 4.7. I'm thinking its
permission issue.
