Our techs were asking about the same thing.  This is billmax replicating exactly 
what is in the calltrack table, down to the line breaks inserted in the original 
calltrack entry by the "wrap=hard" attribute of the TEXTAREA entity (see 
uatemplates/calltrack.tmp).  Somewhere between 1.5.4 and 2.0.5, the 
cgiaction.txt file was changed to reproduce these line breaks with BR tags (see 
cfg/cgiaction.txt:calltrack,callhist and cthistoryacct,callhist).
