BillMax questions -- example of line breaks in call tickets
Here's what I mean from the source of the Call Ticket History frame
(BillMax 2.0.6). This isn't exactly a show stopper but it is definitely
mystifying.

(confirmed by looking at Boatclub AP). <BR>Says connection went down 3
or 4 or more times yesterday, <BR>and to get it back, he just waits.
Also, still says "Signal <BR>strength low." At first it said "Signal
strength high," but <BR>now it says Low. <BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Also says
he can't let tech work late into the evening on <BR>this and won't let
him work without customer being there. <BR><br><br></td></tr>
Here is another ticket from the same page, but an earlier date. Note no
line breaks especially no <BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>

status of work on his system. I called tech and he is getting it up in
10 to 15 minutes. Wanted to know how tech got inside the gate. Called
tech, he said the painters let him in. Customer is in San Antonio.
Needed advice. Trying to send a file to a colleague, and gets a bounce
message. Server response: 473, address, relaying prohibited. Told him
how to use webmail. Also he had forgotten how to log into Customer
Interface, told him where link was on home page. Need to make it
bigger.<br><br></td></tr>
