We have just installed Billmax and migrated our users. Many of these pay in advance by the quarter, semi annually or annually. The Revenure report projects one number, but the Accrual sales report another (lower - by alot). Could the substantial difference be due to the fact that If we migrated in an annual pay-in-advance user in Nov, 2002, say, who was not due to renew until April, 2003, who accrued revenue for that user would not show up at all in the Accrued Sales Report until they renewed? Could that account for the difference?
