BillMax questions -- Billmax in a webhosting environment

I have a question for anyone that is using billmax as the billing backend 
to a webhosting only environment.

We don't do dialup - so I'm wondering how to modify the default templates 
to bypass the 'enter your phone number' page?  I'd like the customers to 
go directly to the signup page, pick their plan, enter their CC# and be 
done.

Note: I'm VERY new to Billmax, however I have a strong UNIX background, so 
I'm really just looking for pointers on what to modify w/o screwing 
anything up. :-)

Also, is there anyone on this list that has done their own custom 
integration of Billmax and Ensim WebAppliance for Linux?  Care to share 
your adventures in setting up service hooks?  Cavaets?
