BillMax questions -- Suspended - OverUsage vs Expired

Hello,
I run Billmax version 2
When services are suspended for reason Expired, they cannot be recharged via
bmui. i.e users suspended after a month (30 days period).
But services suspended for reason Overusage can be recharged via bmui.
    Actually the credit card  mechanism runs and charges the card, the
backend provisioning runs to
unsuspend the user on the radius server but Billmax still shows the service
state as expired.
    So users keep adding credit to their account but they still see the
service state as suspended.
This does not affect users Suspended for overusage.
    Please guys help me out as the server is online and billing clients
right now.
