BillMax questions -- customer login in problem through bmui

Having a problem with customers not being able to login to their account
through the bmui. The four or five customer accounts that were entered at
time of setup, work fine. The rest, they are not able to login. We have over
900 customers that were entered in by hand post-setup, and not a one of them
can login.

Any ideas?
