BillMax questions -- Has anyone lost records in payhist before?

Strangest thing happened in the last few days. All the payhist records
for a particular account disappeared. So far I've been able to narrow it
down to an event happening between 8/2 and 8/4. Is any one aware of a
log file that records delete,update,insert commands for the database?
I'm concerned that something may have gone wrong with the billing which
ran on 8/3

This is troubling.
