Which version of BillMax? For BillMax 2+, you can specify filters (user
input data) that'll match a particular pop. Each pop can have it's own
set of data. This data can be multi-valued. So more than one phone number
could be associated with a pop. See the online 2.0 Customer Interface docs
for details.
