Just a quick note on the BillMax side. Our new release version 2.0.1 allows for
independent set up of BillMax from Apache and MySQL, which might solve some of
your challenges. Please contact sales if your client is interested in
upgrading. We no longer support a hosted outsourcing solution directly.
