BillMax questions -- DataCall
Hello All,
The datacall record for my dial in users is not being recorded
in bmui.
This implies that my dial in users cannot be billed for their online time as
the records are not
on their bmui. The last Login is still at Never despite that they have been
connecting to use the
service.
I can view their datacall report from Reports, Datacall but cannot even from
the dial in users
personal bmui.
How can i sort this out.
