BillMax questions -- BMUI credit card error

Hi everyone. I'm having a problem when submiting a credit card order through
BMUI. This is the error i get:

A system error occurred. Specifics on the error are shown below:
3000 63.228.184.7+Thu Jul 11 16:09:47 2002+18657+3.0+2.0.0 : Configuration
error: cc processing requires BillMax user (parameter accountwrite) with
"accounting write" priviledges ::: _set_remote_user(): 5683


Just making an educated guess here, i don't have the billmax user set,
right? Any ideas on how i would go about doing this?
