BillMax announce -- Software Escrow

Over the years we have had clients ask about the availability of
software escrow for their purchased BillMax system.

For those of you that are wondering what a software escrow is:

"...a software escrow protects both the rights of software end-users
and the valuable, proprietary technology of software developers. A
physical copy of the source code of the software is held in escrow
by an escrow company and released to licensees of that technology
only under the conditional terms of an escrow agreement, executed by
all parties..."

We have enabled these agreements in the past, but usually passed on
the entire costs to our customers. However, if there is sufficient
interest, we are thinking about offering a new escrow service. The
service would still be managed by a third party but the costs to
you would be significantly less.
