BillMax announce -- New Ticketing System For support@billmax.com
Starting tomorrow, we will begin using a new internally
developed ticketing system to answer all email from
'support@billmax.com'.
The new ticketing system will enable us to serve you
better. You'll be able to send us email in html format
(if you desire) and include attachments, etc. Also our
response will no longer be limited to the bottom of your
posts!
Lastly, your tickets will now be stored in our BillMax
instance. This will enable better management, monitoring,
searches, and reporting.
The new system does, however, automatically reject any
posts from users whose email address is unknown or whose
company is not under a maintenance plan.
While we transition to the new system, there may be some
cases where valid posts are rejected. If this happens to
you, Please call our offices (toll free) at 817.245.5629
so that we can assist you and update your information.
If you are not under maintenance, you may be interested
to know that we recently introduced a new plan with
new features with prices starting out at just a few
dollars per day. For details on this plan, please
contact sales@billmax.com.
