BillMax announce -- BillMax - Authorize.Net changes

Dear BillMax customer:

You recently received a message from Authorize.Net advising you of changes
connected with a secondary transaction processing facility for the Payment
Gateway. The effect of these changes on BillMax are as follows:

   1. The outage on May 7,2003 between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. Pacific time
       may affect your credit card processing if you are in the Pacific time zone
       or your nightly processing might extend beyond midnight the morning
       of May 7. Delaying your processing until after 2:00 a.m. on May 7 is advised.

   2. The reference to IP vs URL does not affect you. BillMax has always used
       the URL reference.

   3. If your firewall allows incoming data in response to a transaction you
       initiate, no changes should be required.
