BillMax announce -- BillMax 2.0.2 Released

We are pleased to announce the release of BillMax version 2.0.2. This version
includes fixes for all reported 2.0.0 and 2.0.1. bugs. 

We recommend that all customers currently running 2.0.0 or 2.0.1, upgrade to this 
version. See the Release Notes in the BillMax 2.0 Appendix documentation for a list
of bugs addressed. 

Existing 2.0.0 and 2.0.1 customers can download 2.0.2 from their ftp area on 
ftp.billmax.com. Contact support@billmax.com if you need your ftp
username and password. 

If you are currently running BillMax version 1.5.4, contact sales@billmax.com
to determine your eligibility for an upgrade and/or purchase BillMax 2.0.2.

IMPORTANT: BillMax customers who use postal and fax costs and prebill days should
note that postal and fax costs are now billed at account invday date minus prebill
days rather than account invday date. This will cause these charges to be 
accelerated (e.g. charged twice, once for the prior month, once for the next
month) on these customer accounts. This "catch up" operation will occur only 
once on the statement cycle following the install of 2.0.2.
